Psilocybin Therapy & Ceremonies...
The psilocybin-assisted work and licensure is separate from Misako’s acupuncture practice; she will continue both “medicines” independently but believes each can enhance and deepen the therapeutic impact of the other.

Research suggests promising and positive effects with psilocybin-assisted therapy for several conditions; PTSD, racial trauma, anxiety, major depressive disorder, treatment resistant depression, addiction, and alleviation of fear related to “end of life distress”.

Qi Gong
Misako is a certified Qigong teacher and has been studying with Ling Gui International Healing Qigong School since 2001. Although all styles of Qigong can cultivate well being, Misako offers medical Qigong forms and practices to address health imbalances. These routines are akin to prescriptions for a more targeted approach to health concerns, but they are still beneficial to anyone who practices them.
Qigong can be incorporated synergistically into aspects of a psilocybin journey. During the preparation phase, Qigong is an effective practice for relaxing and regulating the nervous system, helping participants stay present and fully engaged as they enter into their experience. During the integration phase, these practices assist in reconnecting with the body, allowing for a harmonious integration of physical, emotional, and psychological aspects of one's journey. Moreover, Qigong is beneficial not just for participants but also for facilitators, providing them with the grounding support and energetic boundaries needed to guide others effectively and safely.
