BLUE MOON MEDITATION

Halloween is the Blue moon, the second of two full moons this month, which makes October more intense than usual. It is time to slow down and tune into our deepest selves. Let’s create a collective intention to get unstuck so we can move forward (through whatever we are facing). I will guide you through Qigong movements and breathing, followed by a short guided moon meditation...and then we will sit together in silence.
