Join Misako, Katarina & Ryan for three variations of mindful-based movement to enhance immunity, balance & nervous system regulation.

Misako will guide you through a series of QiGong movements, stretching and meditaion.

Katerina will lead you through a blissful Qigong-yoga sequence & end with an optional acupuncture treatment and mini-craniosacral session.

Ryan will start and finish with a brief sitting meditation and guide you through a series of traditional Okinawan stretching (seated & standing)
