Cost: $90 for 6 week series/$45 for 3 classes
For those of who took the "Anchor Your Root" initial series. Let's build upon the foundation of what we have learned as we continue to practice Hui Gong for the Kidney form in it's entirety each week. We willl go deeper to experience the positive effects on immunity, joint and tendon health, as well as effects on harmonizing the mind and spirit.
