About the Form: One Thousand Hands Buddha is a seated Qigong form that gently flows through 12 mudras or ancient hand gestures. Mudras each have their own significance in connecting you to your inner wisdom. Coupling mudras with breath, slow meditative movements and visualizations will help quiet the overactive mind and focus intentions inward to gradually bring a sense of peace and wisdom.
Dates: May 13th, 15th and 16th (via Zoom)
Time: 11am-12:30pm (PST)
Cost: This is a DONATION BASED event to be accessible for ALL. Please pay what feels right for you at this time. Actual cost is $60; Any amount will be honored and appreciated. All 3 classes are recommended to learn the routine, but you can miss the first class, if necessary. If you have learned this form already, you may drop into any class. Prepaid Qigong packages can be applied (Please email Misako).
How to join: After registration, you will receive a Zoom link via email one day prior to the session to join.
