About the Form: One Thousand Hands Buddha is a seated, nourishing Qigong/meditation routine that gently flows through 12 mudras or ancient hand gestures. Mudras each have their own deep significance in connecting you to cosmic wisdom, as well as your own inner knowing. Coupling mudras with breath, slow meditative movements and visualizations can connect you to your innate and noble heart, bringing joy, grounding and wisdom.
