Mindfulness & Stretching:

Okinawan Foundational Movements & Meditation

Tuesday Nights (7-8pm)

Join us for seated meditation along with  foundational movements and stretching. This class is suitable for novice & experienced individuals.

Each class will be a mix of movement, stretching and meditation. Be prepared for light exercise and wear comfortable clothing.

6 week Qigong series (with Misako)

Discover your Innate and Noble Heart

This elegant, seated meditation form flows through 12 mudra postures (or hand movements) to help calm the mind, connect with the universe and release blockages in the body. This form is helpful to stabilize emotions to create a sense of peace and safety within.  After 6 weeks, you will be able to practice this self healing Qigong form on your own. 

 Date: March 9th-April 13th

Time:  7-8pm (Thursdays)

Cost: $90 for 6 week series

Friday Night Group Meditation

(Meditation is a form of Qigong)

Join us in a safe, welcoming and healing space as we sit together in stillness. 

Time: 6:45-7:30 

Price: $10/session 

Format:  Two 15 minute sitting meditation sessions with 15 minutes of discussion/Qigong movements between. This may evolve over time depending on the group dynamic.

*Meditation cushions provided. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to sit on. Chairs provided if you are unable to sit on the floor.
