Join Misako and Susan as they explore Qigong and Meditation Foundations. In their weekly classes, they will explore foundational concepts, movements and theory while exploring ways of bringing mindful awareness into the body through breath, movement, visualization and meditation. Classes will build upon each other, but all levels are welcome to drop in anytime. Concepts presented such as sitting and standing meditation, self massage, healing sounds and immune Qigong will serve as a strong base to build your regular practice.
